David Maria Selvam
David Maria Selvam SDB was ordained on 27th December 2011. He has completed his Under Graduation and Masters in Visual Communication at Loyola College Chennai, securing gold medals. He has edited a book titled 'Faithfulness of Christ and Faithfulness of Priests' as a student of Theology at Kristu Jyoti College Bangalore. He served as the Vice-Principal and Administrator (3 years) of Don Bosco College, Chennai, Editor of the Salesian Bulletin (5 years), and Executive Secretary of BOSCOM South Asia (3 years), Head of the Department of Visual Communication (4 years). He has cleared UGC NET (National Eligibility Test for Lectureship). He has acted and directed many short films like DNA - Don Bosco Neeye Aarudhal, Petha Manasu, Pattikaadu etc. He has celebrated more than 200 days of daily mass in English without a break, in Youtube during the pandemic and had massive viewership across the globe. He was a visiting faculty at Visva Deep, Bangalore on the subjects 'Film making' and 'Skills in Youth Ministry' from 2015 to 2020. He conducted several media education seminars and workshops for the school and college students
